Aaron Kier is the baker, blogger and big-hearted mad scientist behind flour+sugar. He is inspired by nostalgia-inducing classics, indulgent flavors, and bringing a sense of fun to his kitchen and yours. Being the product of a home where baking from scratch was not a thing, Aaron is self-taught (ie – learned by trying, failing, researching, and trying again) and strives to make his recipes creative yet easy for even a fledgling baker to follow — if he learned to do it, so can you!
